• Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

• You will receive an automated tracking notification email as soon as your parcel has been handed over to our shipping carrier.

4.3 Shipment Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, a tracking number and courier link will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking activity to register on the courier's official tracking portal.
